This is the full first session on exploringtaiji.com In the session we focus on some very important warmup and loosening exercises which is fundamental in the program. We address the opening of the joints to add greater mobility as well as take a look at opening and closing the Qua and much more. Many people mistakenly overlook the importance of these exercises but the fact is, without a thoroughly understanding of them it gets difficult to move to the next level in our practice. Time and again I have met students who didn’t understand or get the importance of these exercises as the foundation work, and they got quite surprised when I moved them with ease just by taking advantage of the core of these exercises.
