Join (The Real) Grizzly Granny and Gary as they enjoy a recumbent trike ride on their CSX Fat Tad recumbent trikes on this crisp and sun-bathed October morning at the Garden of the Gods Park in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This event is called, "Motorless Morning"--when no vehicles such as cars or trucks are allowed in the Park from 5 AM to Noon. Cyclists, hikers, skaters, wheelchairs, and pedestrians have vehicle-free access to the entire roadway that loops through the Park. Take your time, enjoy the wide open road space, and absorb the majestic spires and towering red rocks! Breathe in the fresh mountain air ...free of exhaust fumes on this rare journey through the Garden of the Gods. This is definitely a bucket-list item, so please try to attend when you can! The next "Motorless Morning" is scheduled for Spring or 2024. There are "Early Bird Hike & Bike" events this summer of 2024. We hope to see you there! ABOUT THIS CHANNEL Join me, the REAL Grizzly Granny, as I ride my recumbent Sunseeker CSX "fat tad" trike, usually with my husband and team mate, Gary. There will be trail adventures, as well as story telling and recumbent trike accessory hacks that I have found work for me.
