In this au, Dazai was born as an Avgin, a poor discriminated race from one of the worlds who believed in the God named Gaiathra The name given to him by birth was Kakavasha. (Child blessed by Gaiathra) From birth, his father and mother had already passed away, leaving him to live a life with his last family member, his sister. For the few first years of Kakavasha’s life, him and his sister lived a quiet life, their wealth was far from much-but they made do. Kakavasha realised during this time, that he had a gift- a gift of luck said to have passed down from their god. Using his luck, he found that most things always went his way and he always managed to survive what came for him. Even in the most detrimental of times. Soon their land was attacked. A large massacre hoping to eliminate their race passed through, killing the land and their inhabitants. As the massacre passed through, it was only a certain amount of time before Kakavasha and his sister perished too. They attempted to survive and escape the greed of the ones killing them-but it was inevitable. Kakavasha’s sister died, leaving him all alone. He wondered around-his luck saving him from the massacres so that he was the last sole surviver of the Avgins. As he wondered around, he was soon captured and turned into a slave. He was bought off the market as someone who was “lucky” to have survived the Avgin massacre, despite his wishes to be dead and join his family. He was used and used again and again by the person who was supposed to be his “master” and soon enough he retaliated. In an attempt of retaliation, he killed his so called master and after, attempted to kill himself. After his suicide attempt, he awoke in the Port Mafia of Yokohama on Earth- a land much different from the one he grew in. The Port Mafia doctor had taken him in and treated him of his attempt compromising that he would find a way to kill Aventurine peacefully if he worked with him in the mafia. Apparently his “luck” was needed. Under the alias of “Dazai Osamu” and a different appearance to hide his past, he became a port mafia executive. He spent his days idly doing missions and boring jobs, not wondering if life without his family was worth it at all. He honestly believed that his luck was bad because he was alive. After multiple years within the mafia, he met Oda whom he called Odasaku. Odasaku understood him, as a child and not as someone who simply held incomparable luck. He felt comfortable with him and at some times actually wished for his luck so he could use it to help Oda. At the age of eighteen, Oda died. The first person of the mafia he ever had considered his family - dead. He wished to die, just like him, his family. To join them where ever they may have been. But he instead followed his last family members words to go to the “light” So that’s exactly what he did. He abandoned the mafia, and instead decided to try living for once, becoming a detective at the agency instead. Although it may have looked as if he was a normal, troublesome and funny person, deep down even he couldn’t hide the gap within his chest. A gap that would beat ever second of every day, but could never be felt by the owner. After a while of his repeated life in the ADA, Dazai was confronted upon his way home. The ones he was confronted by being, the IPC or the International peace corporation. The IPC had been looking for him for quite a while. For the culprit of the crime he did to his master many many years back. They offered him a job at the IPC in exchange for keeping his secret identify and crimes in the past. Upon his agreement, Dazai has now taken a place under the IPC. His new alias now Adventurine. He completes missions sent by the IPC and does their work, travelling the universes. This timeline is set just before he leaves.
