Ingredients for chocolate frosting: → 4.5 oz (130g) bittersweet chocolate, 70% cocoa → 3/4 cup (170g) butter, softened at room temperature. → 1+1/2 cups (180g) powdered sugar, sifted. → 1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract. → 2 tbsp (30ml) whole milk at room temperature.
