At the end of Autumn in 2022, we moved to a remote cottage in the Lake District. A 300-year-old building, stone walls, stone floors and a wood burner. 7 miles from the nearest town and right at the foothills of the Northern Fells in the Lake District National Park. An experience that blows us away on a daily basis but has also been a challenge. Oh, and we don't drive. But we love to cycle! This is how life has been through spring and summer.
