Stop thinking small - for me this means stop having small ridiculous goals and go after one big scary goal 2. Stop trying to pack life with chaos: stop taking on crazy side hustles (like catsitting) because it’s “easy” money. It takes the focus away from the things I really want to do, and brings unnecessary stress/confusion. 3. Stop being afraid to spend (a little) money: I took forever to buy a new computer that I needed, because I was afraid I’d choose the “wrong”one. I will drop money only if I’m “certain” that it will change my life (and it usually doesn't). But, sometimes you have to invest. 4. Communicate and share: I want to stop being stuck in my own head and start sharing my thoughts, plans and projects with others. 5. Stop procrastinating: I want to decide that either I want to do it or I have to do it. If it’s neither, I let it go. 6. Be specific: I want to put aside time for the things I want/need to do and be mindful of what it is I’ll actually be doing during that time. 7. Eat better: I want to improve my health through my dietary choices. 8.
