Yoga is an absolute game changer. One hour of my week completely devoted to meditation, balance, core stability and laser focus. I started going to Bikram Yoga 3 months ago and this vlog I will cover my thoughts and results from a steady once a week practice. Purple Yoga in the heart of downtown Fullerton has been an absolute god send. For an hour and 10 minutes a week this is my special time. In a 100 degree room with other like minded individuals from all walks of life we sweat and flow to some chill music. Our instructor Jennifer always brings a calm, positive and light energy to each and every class. Everyone works within the confines of the abilities and progress is made week to week.
