Ingredients: Chicken breast - 1.1 lb (500 g or 3 pcs) Garlic - 5 cloves Spinach - 2.6 oz (75 g) Grated cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) Frozen white bread - 5.3 oz (150 g) Eggs - 3 Flour - 3.5 oz (100 g) Oil - 2.5 fl oz (75 ml) Potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg) Milk - 16.9 fl oz (500 ml) Butter - 1.8 oz (50 g) Parsley - few sprigs Instructions: Prepare the Chicken: Pound the chicken breast until it is of even thickness. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Make the Filling: Chop the garlic and sauté it in a pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add the spinach to the pan and sauté for another 3 minutes. Stir in the grated cheese until melted and well combined. Prepare the Breading: Blend the frozen white bread into crumbs using a blender. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and the bread crumbs. Coat the Chicken: Dip each chicken fillet into the flour, shaking off excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, then coat with the bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere. Cook the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Sauté the chicken fillets for about 1 minute on each side until golden brown. Transfer the fillets to the oven and bake at 356°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.
