The rates for Qurbani janwar ranged from PKR 15,000 to PKR 45,000, depending on the size, breed, and quality of the animal. Some of the most sought-after breeds included the impressive Sindhi goats and the sturdy Balochi sheep. The energy at Bakra Mandi was electric, with lively negotiations between buyers and sellers, and the sound of bleating animals filling the air.
