When partner’s work schedule getting hectic... 4 Weeks ago, Charmaine is the parent who’s on the verge of quitting her fitness journey completely. A Mum of 1, 3 and 7 years, with a shift worker partner, as kids getting sick, she found it’s impossible to come to gym. We made a deal, we set up a challenge: 9 sessions in 21 days. She said, I don’t have high hope, but I will give it a try. And 9 sessions become 12, 12 become 15, 15 become 18.... In today’s interview we discussed about how to make time to train as a parent Role of partner Support and communication Benefit of bringing fitness routine into the house, into kids’ life. We talked about ‘parent guilty’ Is making time for training worth it or not?
