Olsem Wanem – Collingwood Bay Conservation Journey |Episode 1 Season 10

In this first season of Olsem Wanem for season 10, this year, we take a journey into the Collingwood Bay area, Tufi, in the Oro Province. People in this area have been through a lot when it comes to land issues. They are now embarking on the conservation journey to have their 650, 000 hectares of land to be declared a conservation or protected area. The Partners with Melanesians (PWM) are working closely with the people of this area to facilitate and journey with them to reach their conservation dream. The Collingwood Bay participants who took part in the week long strategic planning workshop has expressed that this work shop has helped their local capacity and they are ready to take their conservation journey head on.
