Homemade Loaded Pizza Fries | Quick & Easy!

Pepperoni Pizza Fries loaded with homemade pizza sauce, stretchy mozzarella and tasty cheddar. Serve them for dinner, as a game day or party food. You won't believe how fast they disappear! You can use shop-bought chips or homemade chips, (you can even use shop-bought pizza sauce if you like!) all cooked together on one tray for minimal washing up! Serves: 4 Ingredients: 900 g Oven chips use your favourite chips or fries, or how about crispy homemade chips 120 ml (½ cup) passata (tomato puree if you're in the US) 2 tbsp tomato puree (tomato paste if you're in the US) 1 tsp dried oregano ½ tsp dried thyme ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder 75 g (¾ cup) grated/shredded cheddar cheese 100 g (1 cup) grated/shredded mozzarella cheese 1 red bell pepper sliced 15 slices pepperoni Small bunch fresh parsley finely chopped Instructions 1. Place the chips on a large oven tray, in a single layer, and cook as per the instructions on the pack. 2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the passata, tomato puree, all but a pinch of the oregano, thyme, garlic powder and onion powder. 3. When the chips are cooked, we want to pile them up (rather than have them in one single layer), so either pile them in the centre of the tray, or pile them up on a smaller tray. I like to use a smaller tray, then serve the pizza fries directly from it. 4. Drizzle the sauce over the top of the chips and sprinkle on half of the cheddar and half of the mozzarella. 5. Top with the sliced red pepper, then sprinkle on the remaining cheddar and mozzarella. 6. Sprinkle on the reserved pinch of oregano, then top with the pepperoni slices. 7. Place back in the oven to cook for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the pepperoni is cooked through. 8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle on the chopped parsley before serving. #CookingShow #Recipe #PizzaFries
