Zhou Yu is a fun Mid Laner who can Jungle and Clash Lane as well. What he specializes in is creating a zone of fire along the ground that can trigger a burn on enemies after a couple hits. This includes towers. His tower pushing allows him to compete with Milady as one of two heavy pushing Mid Laners. He has some peel with his wind, which can knockback enemies close by, and even pull enemies into ally towers. It can also be used to pull farm to your side. All while also expanding your flames in that direction, and boosting ally move speed. His basic attack counts towards the passive burn effect after a few hits and while in one of your fire patches, which slow, your ultimate fire cone can stun those inside. Your early game strategy with Zhou Yu can take the form of pushing towers, stealing jungle farm, helping secure objective and defending or pushing your ally lanes. You have a lot to do. In this video I mostly stay mid lane as I have noticed my team doing ok on each side thanks mostly to Butterfly, the Junglar. This allows me to keep pushing my lane hard before helping to finish an ally tower so that we can clear all three early. This snowballs further as I split push mid during a team fight and further group push a fifth tower which demoralized the opponents too much to continue. So, Just Push, and win. Your K/D/A is only important if it is feeding your opponent. Your goals are towers, camps and objectives.
