My first mod of WL915-A is only one part of the full mod. I think this is the most important one to make this boat stable, though. At least to achieve the advertised speed on the box (28mph) which seems to require 4S and at least 34 mm prop. I did test out a 37 mm prop and got 30 mph on 4S, but the boat was capsizing way too much, so I did not record it. I hope to test 5S with a 34 mm prop (and maybe 36 mm) later when I get around to repurchase the batteries which burned out during my "serial" 5S HV setup🔋🔥🫣 NOTE: The WL915-A is a re-release with a beefier coupler + stronger flex drive + KV1900 motor (same 30A ESC, I believe). A rather cheap 17-18" F1 outboard tunnel RC boat, but it feels hobby quality and quite fun when stable.
