For our 4th member of our shiny only run I chose to hunt for feebas because it's easily one of my favourtie shiny pokemon, er well Milotic is anyways. Shiny Feebas is pretty cool too I guess :P. Feebas can be found on Route 119 in Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire and can only be obtained by fishing on very specific tiles throughout the route. Something I forgot to mention in the video is that these tiles are unique to each game, so don't expect to necessarily find it on the same tile that you see being used in the video. Out of the hundreds of tiles on this route, there are only 6 that have a 50% chance to spawn this pokemon. So to find it you'll need to fish 3-5 times per tile before moving on to the next one until you find it. You can use any fishing rod for this, but I recommend the old rod because it will require less time/effort for each encounter. And of course, finding the tile is only half the battle because the games have a 1/16 chance of randomly changing which tiles that can spawn Feebas, so you'll likely need to search again for the tile if the hunt drags on. With all that being said I still recommend this hunt because Shiny Milotic is in a class of its own and well worth the time investment :) Onwards to member #5!
