Scope of Works To provide a turnkey solution to supply and install 2 new Aluminium Flour Silos at an existing facility. The new solution will be designed to convey Flour from either silo through to either 2 new Receiving units. The new Receiving units will be supplied with the Mixers of which we will liaise with your supplier with our requirements. It has been noted the existing equipment’s Filtration and Explosion panels suffice. The new silos would have a common intake control station which would incorporate a multi-mode tanker earth monitor known as an RTR tanker earth rite monitor. 2020 Installation The intake control system would incorporate a number of safety features which would interrupt the tanker discharge these being: Overfilling prevention. Tanker isolation in the event of an explosion. System explosion, by linking into the flour transfer system. Tanker earth monitoring to prevent tanker discharge if the earth cable is not connected or if it is disconnected during filling
