Misal pav is a popular dish from Maharashtra, made with moth beans / Spouts. The spicy gravy is served with pav. Though there are many authentic version, this is my adapted version. I used Misal masala itself instead of Goda masala. Ingredients Serves 6 1/2 cup Moth beans 2 Onions 1 Tomato large 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp Misal masala or to taste 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp Jaggery Salt as needed To Roast: 7 Red chilli spicy variety 1/2 cup Coconut loosely filled (Dry coconut works well) 2 tbsp Coriander seeds 1 tbsp Oil To temper 4 tbsp Oil 1/2 tsp Mustard 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 sprig Curry leaves To serve: Pav Farsan I used Kolhapuri farsan/ Mixture Finely chopped onion Finely chopped coriander Lemon wedges ______________________________ Receive new post/ Video notifications in WhatsApp: Save +6581185691, Send your full name and join the Broadcast list.
