Hack by Khilendel: https://www.romhacking.net/hacks/8439/ For this week's Sunday Longplay I'm playing another brand-new F-Zero hack! Welcome to F-Zero Hybrid! This hack essentially builds upon an idea Nintendo used for two of F-Zero 99's secret mystery tracks, which is combining two tracks together into one. First is White Wind, which combines the gimmick and basic shape of Death Wind 1 with the serial jumps from White Land 1 and the hairpin and long jump from White Land 2. Then there's Fire City, which takes the basic shape of the Mute City tracks and infuses some track elements from Fire Field into it. But this hack takes it another step further by combining two full tracks together into one! There are five hybrid tracks in this game compiled into one league, and there is also a separate league where you can race mirrored versions of the five tracks (also going back to F-Zero 99's secret tracks which also include mirrored versions of Mute City 1 and Big Blue with new hazards). There is also a custom soundtrack to this hack courtesy of ‪@RemixRave‬ , ‪@supermarcatobros‬ , and ‪@CosmicTailz‬ to enjoy as you race these new hybrid tracks!
