Today I'm practicing "tutorial voice" in what's bound to be the least popular video I've made. MAME emulation has come a long way on the Mac after being stuck in a holding pattern of using version 0.149 from 2013. This means lots of new games are supported. Since this a tutorial / how-to I tried to play this video a bit more straight than my usual vids going for the boring narration so people can easily follow along. The vanilla flavor leads in big and mellows to the nice whiskey barrel base with a bit of brown sugar. It's probably my favorite vanilla bourbon barrel-aged stout.
