Guild Wars 2 has a BIG Balancing Problem!

IMO GW2 has a balance problem and in this video I explain my view of it and offer possible solutions. I want to add two important points: 1) When I talk about PvP and the amount of damage builds do, I am mostly talking about ranked play, not tournament play. 2) Tournament play is very bunker-heavy at the moment as there is a lot of class and support stacking involved, this playstyle is IMO not fun and should be much lower in sustain.
