In this episode of what old gaming tech has my friend left at my house, we have this, a Chillblast branded Clevo gaming laptop. This bad boy hails from around 2013, making it 11 years old now. Spec wise it’s pretty mid-range, featuring an Intel i7-4700MQ, 8GB of DDR3-1600 RAM, a 512GB SSD that might be a post-purchase addition, and most importantly anyway, an NVIDIA GTX 765M GPU with 2GB of GDDR5 VRAM. That would have been pretty decent for it’s day, but 11 years on, in 2024, how usable actually is this?
