There are tons and tons of videos showing and explaining "True Bypass" and why it's better. I wanted to go sort of the opposite way with this video. Let's assume you are using a pedalboard full of pedal with electronic bypass (non-true bypass). Is there REALLY that big of a difference? Let's dive in, test and compare, and discuss. Also, note that in this video I'm sort of using "buffered bypass" and non-true bypass interchangebly. I'm referring to pedals that use buffers and "flip flop" style electronic switching, such as the boss, Ibanez, and others.
