The fabric is on the last production line of the dyeing factory. Because the production speed in the factory is very fast, our production staff will check the fabric for major defects or continuous serious defects. These defective fabrics will be cut off in the dyeing factory, and qualified fabrics will be packed into rolls and sent back to our own warehouse for secondary inspection. When the fabric is transported to our warehouse, the inspection colleagues in the warehouse will first reopen the plastic packaging bag of each roll of fabric and lay it flat on a table of 3 meters long and 1.8 meters wide. There will be two inspection colleagues in total. Under the D65 electric light source, each time 3 meters of fabric is pulled, we will carefully find and record many small defects here, such as small dirt, holes, stains, and record them on the inspection report paper. We will compensate a certain number of qualified fabrics for free for fabric defects, or rearrange production to meet customer quality requirements. After the fabrics have been inspected on the table, we send the fabrics on the pallet to the fabric rolling machine. This fabric rolling machine displays the net weight and gross weight of each roll of fabric, and it is connected to a computer, which will automatically produce the mark of the roll of fabric, including the lot number, roll number, color and other information. The last process is packaging.
