This video was recorded during my visit to Bavaria, during easter break. Füssen is a Bavarian town in Germany, just north of the Austrian border. It is known for its Gothic castle, Hohes Schloss, houses a regional art museum.The museum of St. Mang's abbey showcases Füssen's violin- and lute-making industry. The eclectic Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwangau Castle lie southeast of the town. Nearby Tegelberg mountain has a ski resort, a panoramic cable car and an alpine slide. Neuschwanstein Castle is located in Southern Bavarian and was built in 19th century.It is a historicist palace located on a rugged hill above the village of Hohenschwangau near Füssen in southwest Bavaria, Germany. The palace was commissioned by King Ludwig. The castle was intended as a private residence for the King, until he died in 1886. It was open to the public shortly after his death lil since then more than 61 miltion people have vited Neuschwanstein Castle. Neuschwanstein welcomes almost 1.5 million visitors per year and making it one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe. It is considered as a global symbol of Romanticism. Moreover it served as the inspiration for Disneylands Sleeping beauty castle. Since 2015 Neuschwanstein is on the German tentative liste for a Future designation as UNESCO world Heritage sites.
