In addition to the problems of public transport, finding the perfect transport during the transportation of goods in Bangladesh is a matter of great difficulty. With the solution of these problems, the journey started on the "Need for Trucks" platform, which started in October 2017 with the aim of modernizing the transportation system of Bangladesh. Enayat Rashid and Mir Hossain Ikram, two exceptionally talented personalities are working on this great idea. Their main goal was to improve the quality of life of truck drivers and build a bridge between truck owners, drivers and service users. In 2016, it won the first place in the “Startup Challenge 2017” organized by the Government of Bangladesh under ICT. Out of 20 innovative projects, "Truck Needs" was selected for the first place. In July 2017, a trial version of their app was released for Android users and a half, which was later released as an app version in the Google Play Store in August 2017.
