BARANGAY-2023-005 Letter of the Punong Barangay of Sico, Honorable Jeffrey Villapando, endorsing to the August Body the Barangay Resolution Bilang 07-2023, entitled "RESOLUSYON NA PINAGKAISAHAN NG SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY SICO NA BIGYAN NG PANGALAN ANG ISANG DAAN NA NASASAKUPAN SA PUROK 4 NG BARANGAY SICO NA TATAWAGING ATTY. ARTEMIO LOBRIN ST.", BUSINESS FOR THE DAY 1. Letter of the City Mayor, Honorable Eric B. Africa, requesting the August Body for the passage of an Ordinance imposing a service fee of Three Hundred Pesos (P300.00) per transaction for an off-line system designed by the Philippine Statistics Authority under the so called program, "Batch Request Entry Query System" (BREQS) to be used by our Local Civil Registrar's Office in the application and issuance of the certifications and copies of civil registry documents not only for local constituents but also for those clients coming from outside the locality. 2. Letter of the City Mayor, Honorable Eric B. Africa, requesting the August Body for the passage of a Resolution granting authority to the City Mayor of Lipa, Honorable Eric B. Africa enter into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on behalf of the City Government with Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) establishing a Batch Request Query System (BREQS) to be used by the City Government in providing the off-line method of encoding request for civil registry documents and submission to an on-line Serbilis outlet of the PSA. 3. Letter of the City Mayor, Honorable Eric B. Africa, requesting the August Body for the passage of an Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance Regulating Advertisements by means of Signboards, Billboards, Posters, Paintings on Walls, Slides in Movies, Handbills, Leaflets, Streamers, Electric or Neon Lights, Display Stand and others of the same nature and prescribing a Permit Fee and other Regulating Fees as well as Providing Penalty for violation thereof". 4. Letter of the City Councilor, Honorable Attorney Galeleo P. Angeles, requesting the August Body for the passage of a Resolution for the adoption of Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Special Ordinance No. 133-2023 also known as Companion Animal Regulation Ordinance of Lipa CAROL) of 2023. 5. Supplemental Budget No. 1 for the Budget Year 2023 of Barangay Pagolingin West, Lipa City in the amount of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE PESOS and EIGHTEEN CENTAVOS (P 575,395.18). 6. Reclassification request from Residential to Commercial use located at Barangay Marawoy, Lipa City. 7. Reclassification request from Agricultural to Residential use located at Barangay Sto.
