This is my personal favorite keto bread recipe. It tastes much like the regular loaf bread in the market. No eggy taste and it’s very light and so fluffy. What you need to make: 25g Oat Fiber (not oat flour) 180g Vital wheat gluten 50g g Almond flour 40g Coconut Flour 1tsp Baking powder 1tsp Xanthan gum 15g Sweetener 2pcs medium egg 1.5tbsp Active dry yeast 1/2tbsp table sugar 240ml Water or unsweetened almond milk 30g Unsalted butter 1/4tsp Himalayan salt Measurements can be seen on the video Whole Bread can make 14-16 slices Macros per slice (whole bread 14 slices) Calories 112 Fat 4.92g Carbs 7g Net Carbs 3.16g Protein 12.41g Thanks for watching!
