Growth Issues Inside HVAC System and Ductwork

In this video we go out to an existing customer's home to look at their Trane heat pump with growth issues inside their TEM6 air handler and ductwork. On my first visit I found that the variable speed constant airflow ECM blower was never adjusted for the proper airflow settings based on the system sizing and that the system was low on refrigerant. On my first visit I adjusted airflow on the blower first and then charged the system up to the target sub-cooling of 8 degrees. I brought the sub-cooling up to 7.6 degrees on the first visit. They paid for remediation to be done, but I am thinking that the company did not do a thorough job on the remediation process because I could see no signs that the supply ductwork had even been opened up. I don't clean ducts, but I suggested for them to contact a guy that I know that runs a legitimate licensed business who specializes in duct cleaning and mold remediation. The thumbnail is a photo of the actual blower motor inside this unit 13 months ago. The first 2 pictures in the video are photos that I took of this unit 13 months ago when I found that it wasn't moving enough airflow through it. The homeowners did not have a photo to show me of how it looked when they took the blower housing out and cleaned it in August of this year. The photos later in the video while in the attic is what I found on this visit. The exterior of the blower housing looked clean, there was some growth on the side of the indoor pan, growth on the heat kit elements & insulators, and growth inside the main supply trunk. I used my Yellow Jacket Anemometer to gauge how much airflow we were pulling from each return inside the home. Again, this is a variable speed constant airflow ECM blower. Right now the 20"x30"x1" is drawing the most CFM which is centralized in the home, then the 14"x20"x1" on the far side of the house, and lastly the 14"x14"x1" in the bonus room is drawing the least. Even though the bonus room is closer to the return plenum than the far one, it is not recovering the air that is being put out inside the bonus room over the garage (verified by my anemometer on the supply registers). They are having the ductwork done by a specialist and I will decide either to use a 10" or 12" return duct for the bonus room along with an enlarged return grille if they decide to go that route.
