There’s been 100s of videos out there about Centralia and what happened and all the facts from day one onward to present day. I feel like that topic has been more than covered, but I still wanted to do a video on Centralia. I covered it from my perspective of my various visits from past to present and I haven’t been back since they filled in the buckled highway, the old route 61. but I definitely like to get back and see if it has gone back to some of the earlier times when I visited when it was quiet, less cluttered. I remember when you had the bench, the fenced in area and the time capsule that was to be opened in 2016. And I had left for a while whenever the graffiti moved in and the party atmosphere and I definitely feel like that area had anything but a party atmosphere when you look at all the loss that took place over all those years.
