This is Spiritual Studies session #34. This session focuses on the various beliefs of the precolonial spiritualities across the Pacific Islands. With a predominant focus on the Hawaiian and the Maori, this labor aims to restitch together the beliefs of their common ancestor by investigating the similarities between the beliefs throughout Polynesia. Oddly enough, the myths and deities investigated have stark similarities to seemingly well beyond the Polynesians, most notably the Greeks.
