Camping in Botswana Deeper into Moremi now, we head to the well known and much-loved Third Bridge campsite, situated in the Okavango Delta. Though the campsite we booked is not the one we get when we arrive, we still find ourselves in a great site, with a beautiful big shady tree, and located close to the ablutions. It's also one of the more private sites, with vegetation on both sides separating us from neighbours. Though our Wild Dog battery troubles continue, we still have an absolutely incredible stay at Third Bridge. I would definitely recommend this for anyone willing to camp unfenced (with lions very much right on your doorstep), and off-grid. An absolute bucket list camping adventure. The camp features great well-kept ablutions, hot water from solar geysers, and a fire pit, with beautiful shade on almost every site. The sites are also all clearly demarcated, which is excellent.
