Ride along with me as I hunt more powerful cars during my first solo run ever! This was my best run & I still made plenty of mistakes. I've got a lot to learn as this was my first weekend at a track event. Any input is appreciated! This BRZ has been tuned by expert Zach Tucker at Counter Space Garage in California with an Ecutek interface to include RaceRom features such as 2-Step launch control, flat foot shifting, & auto blip. I’m the original owner of the car & have done (almost) all the work myself thanks to the internet, which has been a hell of an experience. I’ve installed an HKS GT Supercharger Kit with a high-boost pulley that’s slurping E85 thanks to a Delicious Tuning sensor, 900cc DW injectors, and an AEM high flow fuel pump. For my current exhaust setup, I have a Borla UEL header paired with a Tomei titanium front pipe & a Manzo catback. Other installs include: a Cusco oil catch can, IRP gold short throw shifter, Verus engineering cam plate & fuel door, MTEC clutch spring, Radium master cylinder brake brace, PWJDM strut brace, GTSpec lower ladder brace, MOTUL RBF 600 brake fluid, CSG-CP brake pads, Motul 300V 5W-30 engine oil, Pakelo SAE 75W-90 diff & tranny fluid, Mishimoto coolant lines, drop in K&N air filter, and an HKS S-Type oil cooler. I’ve yet to get her on a Dyno, but on paper I should have (to the wheels) 290hp on 93 or 320hp on E-85. I’ve replaced every bit of USDM silver scratch-attracting plastic pieces & buttons with their JDM black plastic counterparts. Even the silver bolts in the door hinge area have been blacked out with proper fitting pieces. I’ve also swapped out all of the hard-plastic interior pieces of the first generation to the soft red-stitched padded pieces of the second gen, to include a sliding armrest. In-vent P3 Gauges digital display for boost (can switch between 9+ temps/readings) An AEM oil pressure gauge mounted to an OZ Gauge Pod to match the OEM+ look. Perrin drift button on the ebrake. Tucked bass control knob. JL Audio side mounted stealth box with 10” sub & matching JL JX 500 amp. Some select areas of the interior trim have carbon fiber overlays or red chrome to add some contrasting colors. This BRZ had the factory red lighting in the footwell so I matched them with some JDM red checkered floor mats. All interior (& exterior) lighting has been upgraded to LED. On the exterior, there is the Seibon FA style carbon fiber hood, yellow tinted fog lights, window tint as dark as Ohio will allow, a Perrin spoiler-mounted gurney flap, a Verus Engineering street style splitter with the race upgrade, BRAUM racing front tow strap, JDM STI fender garnish, yellow tinted convex side view mirrors, smoked side markers, Valenti black gold tail lights w/matching 4th brake light, quick release bumper kit, Maxton Design V2 side skirts & rear spats, oem+rear diffuser, TCD license plate bracket that reads “Never Content” & stickers that are 3 HP each. 18x9.5” (+35 offset) STR 601 Gold w/ machined chrome lip held on by open-ended black Kics Racing 2 piece lug nuts (got the rims used for $300!!) Toyo Proxes r888Rs 235/40/R18 Lowered on Hotchkis Sport Coil Springs with a 1in drop. Spring Rate: 185 lbs/in (F) / 265 lbs/in (R) (Proper coils in the future) Thank you to my Wife who puts up with my expensive & time consuming hobby!
