Tia Taylor tells, in her talk for "TEDxCuneo 2022 - Ubuntu, connected identities" and starting from her personal experience, how she managed to create her own social community and how she involved it in important projects, up to the creation of the web portal Colory* who tells how Italy is changing and that white is no longer the only "skin color" in a country now open to the whole world. Cresciuta in Connecticut, Tia Taylor si trasferisce nel 2014 a Milano, città nella quale decide di rimanere dopo essersi laureata. Otto anni fa l’esordio su YouTube con video che trattavano di moda e make-up. Poco a poco crea un interessante parallelo tra la lingua e la cultura americana e italiana. Con oltre 300mila iscritti su YouTube e quasi 100mila follower su Instagram, continua ad ampliare la sua community anche grazie alla sua attività nel sociale. Nel 2020 fonda Colory*, una piattaforma digitale che racconta la diversità etnica in Italia e che valorizza i temi dell'inclusione con particolare attenzione alle giovani generazioni.
