Εύκολα μπορούμε να κάνουμε ξύδι, με όλα τα κρασιά σας ευχαριστώ Home made vinegar is not realy a big deal, it's relatively easy. The only drawback is that it just takes about a month to brew. You'll need a bottle of vinegar from the store though. It helps to start the brewing. You'll also need about a liter of grape juice from the top of the barrel, which will make about 3/4 of the total, and a quarter of boiling water. Add a few mililiters of vinegar from the store, to start the brewing, and cap the top of the bottle so that no dust or flies will enter. Don't cap the bottle too tightly, cause there will be gasses that 'll need to exit. Just place the top cap, and leave it in a cool, dry place. After a month, the home made vinegar will be ready.
