Mutton Bone Soup is a healthy soup, it is good during pregnancy, after child birth, and people who are getting recover from illness. Ingredients Mutton Leg and chest bones - 150 gm Tomato - 1 large Small onions - 7 Garlic cloves - 6 Coriander seeds - 1,1/2 tsp Pepper - 1 tsp Jeera - 1 tsp Fennel seeds - 1/2 tsp Cinnamon - 1 Clove - 2 Curry, Coriander leaves, salt, turmeric powder, gingerly oil. Steps Powder all spices. Crush onion and garlic. Add Mutton, spice powder, tomato, onion, garlic in a cooker. Add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp gingerly oil. Add 3 glass of water. Cook for 8 to 10 whistles. Let the steam down. Open, add curry and Coriander leaves. Check for salt and spice. If you want add salt or pepper powder. Let it to one boil.
