i found this rare gem on one of my old VHS tapes. it was at the very start of the tape so theres a bit of snow at the very start but it settles down nicely. This was a one-off live performance on the show SPIN which (if i remember) was a music TV film clip show on saturday mornings in Australia in the 80s. Such an amazing version this, i fell in love with this simple but stunning version. Following this Paul recorded it in the studio and released it due to public demand but it was ruined with lots of overdubs of strings and other insturments if you ask me ...this raw and simple acoustic version is the best. And ive never seen it anywhere else, for all i know i might have the only recording of this! Hope you like it
