Do you believe you create your reality? | Carla Picardi | TEDxPadovaSalon

We are essentially generating our reality through the energy of our feelings, thoughts, words and actions. When we are capable of seeing ourselves clearly and recognizing that our choices create our lives, we can begin to step into our power as humans and create the life of our dreams. Carla L. Picardi - author, consultant, keynote speaker and lecturer - has a degree in Architecture and Design. Carla was awarded the prestigious Loeb Fellowship for Advanced Environmental Studies at Harvard University Graduate School of Design for her work on Canary Wharf, London UK. Carla was the Project Director for the iconic Gherkin in London, which received the first planning permission in over 30 years for a tall building in the City of London and won the 2004 Stirling Prize for architecture. Carla has been a Vice President for Citibank – Director of Facilities for Private Banking and Investments; and a strategic development adviser to the BBC, Member of the BBC Architectural Design and Workplace Advisory Council (ADWAC) and Workplace Futures Forum (WFF). In 2005-2006, Carla was the Director of the Leadership Development Program at CIMBA. Carla is the author of The World According to YOU! - How Our Choices Create It All, which she wrote as an easy way to introduce these leadership behavioural principles to people of all ages. She is a Certified Professional CoActive Coach (CPCC) and a member of the International Coach Federation.
