The benefit of running the Pathfinder is that you have a built-in Shield Breaker (if you have the Legendary Pilot), the lockdown effect along with damage and healing boosts. Between the two builds, I think Pathfinder is definitely stronger. However… there were times where having the dash ability and physical shields would have helped in surviving especially against something like the Curie with Subduers.
