ABC Dunhill records destroyed both the original multitrack master tapes and the mono mixes in the early 70's to save space. This left only the stereo mix remaining. Therefore, the only way to really hear this superior mix is from the original mono 45 RPM vinyl record. This is also the edited short version that was originally played on the radio when this was a hit record. The longer stereo version commonly heard today is from the LP.
