About a month ago, I bought the Aleste Collection for the Switch and I think it's quite fun. I mainly bought it for GG Aleste 3, since it is an exclusive game to it, but I've also been able to try the other games in the series as well. This right here was my first attempt at GG Aleste 1, and I was quite surprised to be able to beat it on first attempt. It was quite easy, but an enjoyable experience. What makes this collection really cool is the M2 gadget (all the info surrounding the game). The power-ups in the Aleste games are all labeled via simple numbers and letters, making it difficult to remember which of the power-ups are actually good. With the gadget, you can focus on the gameplay, as all that info is there at all times. Oh, and the game also records your gameplay session, which is what you are watching right now, very cool and convenient. You can actually see me pausing the game a few times in the recording (didn't think I was going to have a decent playthrough so sorry about that, the pauses aren't too long). Overall it's a very nice collection. Considering it's made by M2, I'm not too surprised, since they always do well with their ports and collections.
