Kaizen Events are high-intensity team efforts that produce tangible results in a relatively short amount of time. To make that work, you'll need to prepare the event properly. By going over these 6 steps your Kaizen Events can hit the ground running and you'll have the best chance for success. You'll want to Define the Scope and Goal, do your Initial Data Collection, select a Team, set Outcome Expectations, set up the Resources (including 'the Room'), and prepare the Kick-off. Of course you can split these out into detailed points, but these are the main topics you want to cover before bringing the whole team together.
