Welcome back to another Paladins video! Provision is the newest item in Paladins, and it's a very niche item that's only viable on a select few champions. I've tested it on Raum and Grohk, who both are among the best champions to use this item. However, it wasn't so good on them that I'd consider it a must-buy. Is that the case on Vivian, however? Vivian is another champion with a very long reload and very high magazine capacity - ideal for making use of Provision. She deals a good amount of damage per bullet, and she has cards to diminish how much ammo she spends when she shoots! Does this make Provision an ideal buy on Vivian? Let's find out in this video!
