One of my most anticipated releases for September! I was so excited to try out the Early Access version on stream with everyone. Spoiler - I LOVED IT! I'm absolutely obsessed with Ooblets! If you're on the fence about purchasing it I hope this gameplay helps you figure out if it's for you :) Quick review: ➕ Bright and colorful graphics and every character/type of ooblet looks different. The character customization IMO is great! ➕ Easy controls to figure out on keyboard. Mechanics for dance battle also easy to navigate. Quests do not seem overly complicated. ➕ Dialogue is an absolute GEM! I loved every interaction and each NPC has a clear and unique personality. ➕ It will make you want to dance, the music is an absolute BOP. Overall for $34 I think it’s worth. I know I will be sinking in hourssss of gameplay as I love farming, management, and relationship types of games. This game seems to have a little bit of everything in it as well. From my hour and a half there was collecting ooblets, dance battles, mayor's quests, developing friendships, farming, fishing, and I'm probably missing out on what else there is. I def recommend if you like this genre of game. I feel like it's a very fresh take and the dialogue is so unique and quirky. I was in tears from laughing, it's such a wholesome fun game!
