Turbo Leak Peugeot 208 - V-Band problem

Several botched repairs by the dealer I bought the car off. Finally found a fix but requires regular maintenance now for something that should be set and forget. Note: the correct procedure for tightening a v-band is to tighten a little at first, then tap around the diameter with a mallet to seat it, then retighten again to torque spec. I cannot do this on the 208 without removing the turbo. Ultimately a permanent fix may only come from doing that.
