MEALS IN THIS VIDEO: Ground turkey meat sauce spaghetti - chop 1 zucchini and 1 yellow squash - cook 1 lb. of ground turkey on stove top and season - meanwhile, cook the veggies and season - boil chickpea pasta or pasta of your choice (I used the whole box) -combine veggies and ground turkey once cooked through and add pasta sauce of choice - combine all ingredients in cointainers Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels - cook chicken breast fully using desired method (I chose air fryer) or use a rotisserie chicken - shred cooked chicken and cover in buffalo sauce - on a tortilla (I used carb balance), add lite ranch, greens of choice, cheese, and buffalo chicken - wrap everything up and slice into pinwheels My Immunity Boosting juice included 4 oranges, 5 apples, 5 lemons, a whole bunch of whole carrots, and a handful of ginger.
