What do you do if you're looking to return to higher level activities and function? Well, I think the five exercises outlined in this video are a great starting point. In this video, I safely walk you through a squat, bridge, deadlift, step up/down, and side plank progression to help you improve your single leg strength, balance, and range of motion without any equipment. However, you can easily add weight to any of the movements to make them more challenging. Each section is time stamped at the start of the video and recommended sets and repetitions are provided. There is also a sample program at the end of the video. The only thing that is not provided is a timeline. Why? Everyone is going to have a different starting point, rate of progression, and end goal in mind. You shouldn't compare yourself to anyone else.
