Killing the Corrupt Heart in Slay the Spire with one card (Ironclad A0)

Inspired by this post on reddit: / a_heart_victory_with_my_smallest_deck_ever I decided to try and beat the Heart with exactly one card in my deck. No powers or other cards that get exhausted mid-combat, and no cards generated by potions. Played using a custom run to start with Peace Pipe [heirloom] and Unceasing Top as starter relic [inception]. Theoretically it would be possible to defeat the Heart with one copy of Just Lucky, Unceasing Top, and a Medkit, but finding a seed that will get you there would probably take forever. I was hoping to find Abacus to generate block, but due to my high HP as Ironclad with Cleric Mask, I was able to just tank the hits from the heart.
